Called Quicken BillPay support again to find out why my account still wasn't activated and they told me it was activated but I had to logon to my bank and look for Quickens test deposit again and none were found.
Then she told me it was on 2/7/19 that $0.02 was deposited from some ABC9KP named company and fond it and was finally able to use Quicken BillPay again. First contacted Quicken BillPay support Nov 15, 2018, so only took them 95 days.
What makes me mad is that:
· My account was active since 2/7 but they just didn't notify me!
· They never notified me what account to look for to verify the account or even that they accepted my voided check. No email or calls.
· When I called Quicken BillPay support my call was refused because my account was under review.
· Biggest complaint is that there was no continuity when contacting Quicken BillPay support
o Unless you write down the ticket number they won't acknowledge that you have called before even though they store your phone number to block them when convenient.
