Quicken BillPay support is very poor

Called Quicken BillPay support again to find out why my account still wasn't activated and they told me it was activated but I had to logon to my bank and look for Quickens test deposit again and none were found.

 

Then she told me it was on 2/7/19 that $0.02 was deposited from some ABC9KP named company and fond it and was finally able to use Quicken BillPay again.   First contacted Quicken BillPay support Nov 15, 2018, so only took them 95 days.

 

What makes me mad is that:

·         My account was active since 2/7 but they just didn't notify me!

·         They never notified me what account to look for to verify the account or even that they accepted my voided check. No email or calls.

·         When I called Quicken BillPay support my call was refused because my account was under review.

·         Biggest complaint is that there was no continuity when contacting Quicken BillPay support

o   Unless you write down the ticket number they won't acknowledge that you have called before even though they store your phone number to block them when convenient.

 

Quicken BillPay Support

I’ve been struggling to activate a Quicken BillPay account and they have proven to have the worst support system that I’ve seen in 30yrs.

 

When you call they give you a 10 digit support code, if you forget the code the so have they.

 

If you call without the code they act as if you never called before.

 

But when you call about an open support ticket then they tell you that it is being looked into and hang up without ever asking the 10 digit support code, so they knew from my phone number that I’d called before.

 

Bottom line: Quicken BillPay will do whatever they can to ignore support requests, they only remember you when they want to ignore your calls.

Sounds like they will be using it for road maintenance and state patrol, don’t disagree with the funding but this is just a proclamation to add $35 for every car registered in Arizona, when at least 50% of the vehicles are registered elsewhere such as truckers and tourists.

 

A Gas tax would tax all out of state vehicles, at least for now, and generate more income and be incentive for more electric vehicles, in addition to the 35$ vehicle tax.

 

Just guessing on the number vehicles are registered elsewhere but a gas tax is needed for the environment.

The fee was established by state law to support public safety and Highway Patrol operations. The fee goes into effect for registrations due in January which can be paid as early as Dec. 1, and immediately for newly registered vehicles. The fee will be collected during the vehicle-registration process administered by the Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division. Arizona statute established the method for collecting the fee and sets the process for determining the amount based on a formula designed to support Highway Patrol operations. Highway Patrol operations — among the most visible functions of the Arizona Department of Public Safety — include response to collisions on Arizona highways, enforcing state laws designed to keep the motoring public safe, arresting impaired drivers, assisting motorists in distress, air-rescue operations and patrolling more than 6,800 miles of highways. Most motorists will pay $32 per vehicle, per year. Street-legal golf carts and primarily off-highway vehicles will pay $5. Those who register a vehicle annually or pay for a two- or five-year registration will pay the entire amount up front for each registered year. The funds raised through the Public Safety Fee will not only provide necessary dollars for public safety, but will advance maintenance and construction of Arizona’s highway infrastructure, including the state’s Key Commerce Corridors that support economic development around the state. Over the past decade, much of the Highway Patrol’s budget was considered part of the Arizona Highway User Revenue Fund, the gas-tax account that supports Arizona roadways, including law-enforcement support. The new $32 Public Safety Fee will allow gas-tax money to support roadway maintenance and construction, while providing a different source of funding for Highway Patrol operations. Desalination - why isn't it in the news?

With all the water shortages and our abundance of seawater have not seen anyone reporting on desalination technology.

 

Can be hard to trust but Reliable One Resources appear to have technology that will allow much cheaper desalination.

Just finished Bing watching The Americans season 6 finale season and was very impressed!!

 

Have loved the show since it first aired.

 

Maybe I’m nostalgic, but it looked authenticate in this Regan era story of soviet spy’s in America.

About a third (probably less) of the series was in Russian with subtitles.
